This Simple 10-Second Evening Routine Helped Me Go from 208 to 139!

Hi, I’m Linda. I’m 58, I love my grandkids, and until recently, I thought Spanx were just part of my anatomy.

Let’s rewind.

There I was—208 pounds of exhaustion, backaches, and nightly debates with my fridge.

I was that lady in the grocery store parking lot, leaning on the cart like a walker because walking felt like cardio.

And don’t even get me started on stairs. Who designed those things? Satan?

I tried every trendy diet out there. Keto? I cried actual tears over bread.

Juice cleanses? Let’s just say my blender is now in witness protection.

I told myself it was hormones. Middle age. The price of being a woman with three grown kids and a Netflix addiction.

But deep down, I missed me. The Linda who used to dance in the kitchen. Who had cheekbones. Who didn’t get winded tying her shoes.

One night, wearing my finest pajama pants and eating peanut butter from the jar (don’t judge me), I stumbled on this video about a “10-second evening routine.”

I rolled my eyes so hard I gave myself a headache. But curiosity (and peanut butter guilt) won. So the next evening, I gave it a shot.

Seeing real women, just like me, share their stories gave me hope.

A few weirdly specific steps. No kale involved.

And here’s the kicker—it actually started working.

Slowly, but surely. From 208 to 182… then 163… 147… and boom—139.

I didn’t have to sell my soul to the gym or survive on boiled chicken.

I just had to be consistent—and okay, maybe a little stubborn.

Today? I feel fabulous. I have energy. My knees aren’t begging for early retirement. And I finally took my emergency fat pants to Goodwill.

If you’re like I was—tired, frustrated, and 87% made of snacks—just give this a try.

Watch the video.

Learn the steps.

Do the thing.

It’s weird. It’s simple. It works.

And if it helped me, trust me, it’s got a shot.
